Lovely family villa in a quiet community surrounded by orange and lemon groves. Superbly located, close to Disney and numerous other theme parks, including Universal Studios and Sea World, and over 20 golf courses, including the prestigious world class Champions Gate and Reunion.

Living Room

The living room has a cathedral ceiling with ceiling fan, and is equipped with comfortable sofas, arm chairs, a computer station with high speed internet access, DVD/VCR combo, and cable TV. There is also piped radio and a private intercom system throughout the house.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom is located on the first floor, with queen size bed and en suite bathroom, writing desk with chair, 2 arm chairs, TV and alarm clock.

Second Floor

The second floor comprises a queen bedroom, a twin bedroom, and two further bedrooms that consist of a full size bed and a twin bed in each bedroom.  Two more bathrooms upstairs. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, nightstands, a TV, a writing desk and a chair. Playstation 2 is installed in one of the rooms on the second floor.

Dining Room and Kitchen

To the right of the entrance is the large dining room for 8 followed by the kitchen with a breakfast dinette for 4. To the left is the laundry room and the downstairs half bathroom. Directly in front of you is our large family / living room.

Pool

An upgraded, screen enclosed, pool next to a raised spa with underwater light for night swimming; large sun deck with pool furniture for your relaxation; and a covered lanai for some welcome shade.

Grill

A gas barbeque grill is available on the sun deck for an additional fee of $50. This covers the fee that the maid charges for cleaning it and the propane gas. Smoking is permitted on the patio area. No smoking inside the house please.

Game Room

Two car garage has been converted to a game room with a ping-pong table, a pool table and an air hockey table.

Other

The house has a utility room next to the game room with full size washer and dryer.

A refundable deposit of $300 on top of the rent secures the booking and the balance is due 45 days prior to your arrival.
